The Products

The images of the products on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. 

Also, as many of the products are handmade (such as screen prints) please be aware that they may vary slightly from the images on the site.

Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 3-4 days of receipt (though often sooner).

For all destinations, the unframed prints and bulkier items are shipped to you by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class which should be with you within three working days from being dispatched.

Other smaller items are currently shipped to you by Royal Mail 1st Class and should be with you within a week.

Packaging

We endeavour to package the products we send as carefully as possible so that they reach you in perfect condition.  All prints are carefully wrapped in white acid-free tissue paper before being protected in a cardboard postal tube.

All greetings cards are protected in bubble wrap and either sent to you in a reinforced paper envelope or cardboard package depending on the amount ordered.

Postage & Packing Charges

European Delivery

Prints : There is a standard charge of £4.50 for P&P on purchases of 1-2  limited edition giclée print and screenprint orders that are being packaged and delivered to those customers in the E.U. There is free P&P for all Purchases of 3 or more that are being sent within the EU.

Tracking: We make every effort to ensure that your prints arrive safely at your destination and use a signed for tracking service to achieve this.  Once sent through this service we cannot take any responsibility for missing packages that have been proved to have been delivered and signed for at the given address.

Greetings Cards : There is a standard charge of £0.55 for all purchases of 5 or less greetings cards that are being packaged and delivered to those customers in the E.U.  There is free P&P for all Greetings Cards purchases of 6 or more .

International Delivery

Prints : There is a standard charge of £7.50 for P&P on purchases of 1-2  limited edition giclée print and screenprint orders that are being packaged and delivered to those customers outside the E.U.  There is a charge of £4.50 P&P for all Purchases of 3 or more prints that are being sent outside the EU.

Cards : There is a standard charge of £0.75 for all purchases of 5 or less greetings cards that are being packaged and delivered to those customers outside the E.U.  There is a charge of £0.50 P&P for all Purchases of 6 or more greetings cards that are being sent outside the EU.

Returns

We fully appreciate the disappointment and inconvenience you may have if  your eagerly awaited purchase(s) is damaged or incorrect.  If you do find your item is defective and does not meet your expectations we will be happy to replace it if returned to us within 10 working days of receipt.

If you do need to return your items we would advise that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature.  Please be aware that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.  Once we have received the item(s) we can either offer you an alternative 'like for like' item in the same category or a full refund of its value (excluding packing and shipping costs).
